They cultivate 17 hectares of organic vineyards that stretch through the villages of Cruzille, Gr\u00e9villy, and Chardonnay, and are divided into two appellations: M\u00e2con Cruzille and M\u00e2con Chardonnay. Wines from the Cruzille soil have a mineral character and require a longer aging period to reach their full potential, while the soil from the Gr\u00e9villy and Chardonnay positions produces young, more fruity wines that, with a little patience and love, become better and more complex over the years. It is important for them to respect the earth, which is why they are using exclusively natural methods in the fight against pests and diseases, thus increasing its capacity to absorb minerals. The result are healthier grapes and a balanced wine.
