Description
TLZ Karmin is Strohmeier’s response to rosé, and it is definitely not your typical rosé. Made from the local Blauer Wildbacher grape variety, this wine resembles a light red more than an ordinary rosé. The grapes are hand-harvested with careful selection of only healthy and fully ripe berries. The wine is gently pressed, spontaneously fermented, and aged for 12 months in used 500-liter wooden barrels. It comes from old vines and exudes wonderful lightness, concentration, and minerality. It is recommended to serve it lightly chilled.
