The young and talented couple met at Daniel’s family estate during the harvest, where Bianka came as an oenology student from Budapest for a few weeks of practice. Thus, a love was born that continues to this day, and since 2012, the couple has taken over the winery as the fourth generation of winemakers and soon switched to biodynamics. For them, such work is inseparable from a lifestyle that is related to land and vineyards. By spraying biodynamic preparations, their vines become stronger and more vital, thus more resistant to various diseases, resulting in healthy and ripe grapes. They produce multiple lines of wine, from light and fun one-litre bottles, like the FKK, to unique oranges, like the Wild Pony bottles.
