Last weekend, together with the Hook & Cook crew, we hosted a true winter seafood feast! Snow was gently falling while we kept warm by the fire and the scent of smoke, as the team served up fish delicacies. Delicious sardine bruschetta, smoked mussels in buzara sauce, and hearty tuna burgers — all perfectly paired with great natural wines. We truly enjoyed every moment, and with such amazing company and a laid-back vibe, it felt like it ended too soon.
