Description
A slightly different pét-nat from the Meinklang winery. A portion of the Pinot Gris vineyard is left unpruned — a rare practice in viticulture, but increasingly common among natural winemakers aiming to minimize interventions. The vine thus remains in its almost wild, natural state, producing smaller and more concentrated berries. This pét-nat was macerated for several days, resulting in a wine of remarkable freshness and lightness, with notes of bitter orange, subtle tropical tones, and delicate herbal nuances.
