Miloš Plavac Mali is an authentic red wine from the Pelješac Peninsula, organically produced from the indigenous grape variety of the same name. It comes from vineyards located on steep southern slopes near the bay of Prapratno, where the grapes ripen under the sun and on rocky terrain, lending the wine strength and character. On the nose, it reveals layered aromas of dried fruit, especially plums and figs, along with hints of Mediterranean herbs and subtle woody tones. The palate is full-bodied, with pronounced yet ripe tannins, balanced freshness, and a long, elegant finish. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, without added yeasts, and the wine is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for 2 years, followed by a further 3 years in bottle.
