The Mlečnik winery is known for its precise and distinctive approach. All wines in their portfolio undergo a four-day maceration and are aged both in barrels and in bottle to achieve the stability they require. The wine should never be served too cold, and it deserves time. This is a wine that develops and is meant to be sipped slowly. Don’t drink it already merry with a group, in the dead of night, when it would disappear in a second and no one would remember it — that would be a shame. It is mineral in character, with a harmonious structure and notes of dried pears and apricots.
