But few know about Graciano. It doesn’t have the muscle and power of this blockbuster Spanish variety, yet it impresses with elegance and herbal notes, complemented by gentle fruitiness and perfect structure. For us, this Graciano is an absolute hit, and in Goya’s hands, we’ve yet to encounter a wine that hasn’t completely amazed us!
