Description
Zillinger Pink Solera is a rosé made from three grape varieties – St. Laurent, Rosler, and Syrah. Each variety is vinified separately and blended shortly before bottling. What makes this wine unique is the St. Laurent, which is aged using the solera system: different vintages are stored in stainless steel tanks and continuously topped up, giving the wine additional complexity and depth. It expresses a mineral character with delicate notes of raspberry and strawberry. This wine is definitely anything but a banal rosé.
