Nestarec’s higher-tier range focuses on individual vineyards and terroir. The aim is to minimize personal and winemaking influence and instead highlight the site and the unique character of the vines themselves. This is exactly the case with this pure Grüner Veltliner. It comes from the oldest vineyard in his ownership, where vines over 50 years old grow on a hectare of loess mixed with limestone. The Grüner Veltliner berries here are smaller than at other sites, with thicker skins, which is why this wine has truly earned its own distinct label. Rich and deep, intensely mineral, with beautiful density and freshness — it will not disappoint.
