A passionate advocate of biodynamics, known for his distinctive character and uncompromising approach to non-intervention in natural processes – Aci Urbajs produces wines from his steep vineyards, covering just one hectare, that completely captivate us with their energy and expression. But he is not the only enthusiast of this philosophy! His wines are sought after worldwide, and due to their limited quantities, they are not easily accessible. He is based on Rifnik Mountain, a place considered the center of strong astral and spiritual forces, where in 1988 he purchased a vineyard with an abandoned house. Since then, this aerospace engineer has become, as he says himself: “…a farmer, carpenter, builder, husband, father, but also a free man, anarchist, and artist.” Under the label Organic Anarchy, which perfectly reflects the spirit of this winery, he bottles macerated wines without added sulfites.
