GOYO GARCIA VIADERO
„This is a different interpretation of Ribera del Duero—the old-fashioned way!“
Goyo Garcia Viadero is an avid winemaker with deep roots in the Ribera del Duero region. His family has been involved in viticulture for generations, and he has continued on this path, developing his own mark in the world of wine. Goyo Garcia Viadero and his wife, Diana Semova Georgieva, manage organic farming and traditional wine production, creating exceptional wines that reflect the authenticity of the place and the tradition of the family. Inspired by the tradition and terroir of old vineyards, Goyo rejects additives, new wood, and intensive extraction, relying solely on the cleanliness of the earth and nature. Through organic farming and traditional methods, he creates wines of exceptional purity and elegance that truly reflect the authenticity of the location. His passion for viticulture extends beyond the borders of the Ribera del Duero region, which is why, in the mountains of the Cantabrian valleys, Goyo and his wife explore lesser-known plots of old Mencía and Palomino vines. Their commitment to a natural approach in the cellar is reflected in the gentle processing of grapes, spontaneous fermentation on indigenous yeasts, and long-term aging in old barrels. The result is a wine that boasts a strong sense of belonging. They are not merely drinkable liquids, but stories about country, family, and tradition.
